B2B catalog sync platform

Your suppliers change.
Your stores keep up.

BrightSync pulls catalogs, prices and stock from every supplier you work with and pushes them into your stores — enriched, mapped and monitored. While competitors update by hand, you already sold.

Everything between your supplier and your sale

One platform replaces the spreadsheet rituals, the midnight imports and the "is this price still right?" anxiety.

Autopilot catalog sync

Schedules fetch each supplier on its own rhythm — nightly, hourly, or on demand. New products appear, dead ones retire, all without you touching a file.

Supplier health radar

A live health board watches every feed. Broken export, stale data, silent failure — you get the alert before your customers get the wrong price.

Price & stock automation

Margins, group pricing, currency conversion and availability rules applied automatically on every update. Your pricing strategy, enforced 24/7.

Smart category mapping

Match thousands of supplier categories to your store taxonomy once — imports, exports and template tooling included. Every future product lands in the right aisle.

Multi-language catalogs

Names, descriptions and specs travel in every language your suppliers provide. Sell in English, Dutch or Turkish from the same source of truth.

Full sync audit trail

Every run, every changed field, every push — logged with timestamps and diffs. When someone asks "why did this price change?", you answer in seconds.

Live in three steps

No consultants. No CSV archaeology. Just connect, map, and let it flow.

  1. 1

    Connect your suppliers

Pick from ready-made supplier integrations or plug in feeds, APIs and spreadsheets. BrightSync starts reading immediately.

  2. 2

    Map & enrich once

Match categories, set margins and pricing groups, choose languages. Your rules become the pipeline every product flows through.

  3. 3

    Sync everywhere, forever

Push to WooCommerce, Brightstore and beyond on your schedule. Health monitoring and daily digests keep you in command.

A command center, not a black box

Watch every sync as it happens. Runs, changes, pushes and health checks — streamed to one dashboard your whole team understands.

  • Daily digest at 08:00

Yesterday's catalog movement summarized in one email — what changed, what failed, what needs you.

  • Instant health alerts

Critical supplier failures ring the bell in your admin panel and inbox the moment they happen.

  • Per-product confidence

Every product shows when it was last seen, synced and pushed — so you trust what your store displays.

Teams that stopped babysitting spreadsheets

From horeca wholesalers to multi-store operators.

“We manage 40,000 SKUs from eight suppliers with one person. Before BrightSync that was three people and a weekend of Excel every month.”
M Mark V. Operations Lead, horeca wholesale
“The health alerts alone paid for it. A supplier silently broke their feed on a Friday — we knew in minutes, not after a week of wrong prices.”
S Selin A. E-commerce Manager, kitchen equipment
“Category mapping used to be our onboarding nightmare. Now we map once and every new product lands exactly where it belongs.”
J Jeroen K. Founder, multi-store retailer

Questions, answered

Everything you'd ask on a demo call — without booking one.

Which platforms can BrightSync push to?

WooCommerce and Brightstore are supported natively today, with webhook and export pipelines for everything else. New targets ship regularly — tell us what you need.

How do my suppliers get into the system?

Through ready-made integrations, structured feeds (XML, CSV, Excel), REST APIs or managed catalog fetching. If a supplier can publish data in any shape, BrightSync can read it.

What happens when a supplier feed breaks?

The health radar flags stale or failing feeds immediately, alerts your team, and keeps the last known good data live in your store — no half-imported chaos.

Can I control prices instead of blindly copying supplier prices?

Yes. Margins, fixed rules, group pricing and currency conversion are applied in the pipeline, so the store always shows your price, not the supplier's.

Is my catalog data safe?

Your data lives in an isolated tenant, encrypted in transit, with role-based access for your team. See our Privacy Policy for the full picture.

How long does onboarding take?

Connecting your first supplier and store takes about 15 minutes. A full multi-supplier catalog is typically flowing within a day.

Stop updating. Start selling.

Every hour your catalog is stale, someone else takes the order. Put your suppliers on autopilot today.
